Hot rolled square bars are produced by hot rolling continuous casting billets. 
Usually, they have a square cross- section with sharp and round edges and are intended either to be further machined or cold drawn and so on.

1)Side sizes:10X10 to 150X150 MM
2)Length:1-8Metal or as required
3)R corner: Sharo or round corner as per requirements 
4)Straightness: max 3mm/m

2.Application of the hot rolled steel square bar
1): Can be used in many fields such as building, automobile, shipbuilding, petrochemical, machinery, medicine, food, electric power, energy, space, building and decoration, etc.
2): Can be made into mould template, mortise pin, column
3): This kind of steel have good mechanical property, is widely used in structural parts which may support stress alternation, especially made into some connecting rods, bolts, wheel gear...
4): This kind of steel is the most common blanks and materials of shaft parts.


3.Packing :
1): Paint oil on the surface to protect steel bars from rusting.
2): Bundle packing by Iron Strips.
3): Bundle weight is from 2mt to 3 mt.
4): Two or three tags will be attached on each bundle.
